At AAYONIC (Pure Taste of India), we take great care in delivering fresh and high-quality consumable products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict return policy.

Returns Policy

Due to the perishable/consumable nature of our food products:
We do NOT accept returns once the product has been delivered

Replacement / Refund Eligibility

We only offer replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong item delivered
  • Leakage or packaging issues

Conditions for Claim

To be eligible for a replacement or refund:

  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Customers must provide clear photos or videos as proof

Resolution Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  •  A replacement product will be shipped
    OR
  •  A refund will be processed

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is NOT possible
