Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or order placement
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion
In case of cancellation from our side, a full refund will be issued

Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours
Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days
Delays may occur due to quality checks or logistics issues

Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

Due to the perishable nature of products, returns are not accepted once delivered
Replacement/refund is provided only in case of:
- Damaged product
- Wrong item delivered
- Leakage or packaging issue

Conditions:

Issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
Proof (photos/videos) is required

Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible
